摘要：
随着信息技术的不断发展，软件开发项目管理越来越受到重视。传统的软件开发项目管理方法已经不能满足现代软件开发的需求，因此敏捷方法逐渐成为软件开发项目管理的主流方法。本文通过对敏捷方法的研究，探讨了敏捷方法在软件开发项目管理中的应用，分析了敏捷方法的优缺点，并提出了敏捷方法在软件开发项目管理中的应用策略。本文还通过实际案例分析，验证了敏捷方法在软件开发项目管理中的有效性。

Abstract:
With the continuous development of information technology, software development project management has been increasingly valued. Traditional software development project management methods can no longer meet the needs of modern software development, so agile methods have gradually become the mainstream method of software development project management. This paper explores the application of agile methods in software development project management through the study of agile methods, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of agile methods, and proposes application strategies for agile methods in software development project management. This paper also verifies the effectiveness of agile methods in software development project management through practical case analysis.
