要有技巧的进行选择:
1)排除明显有错误的选项,缩小选择范围。
2)注意那些绝对说法:“一定”、“必须”、“总是”、“绝不”。通常是错误的选项。
3)注意一些高大上的词 :“PDCA”、“德尔菲”、“蒙特卡罗”。很有可能是正确选项。
4)注意双胞胎选项,往往都不是正确选项;注意乒乓答案,可能其中一个是正确选项。
5)全过程识别相关方,全过程识别风险,全过程更新组织过程资产,全生命周期阶段.....
最后有时间的话,建议大家可以检查一下答题卡。


PMP考题求大神解答谢谢

1、算完工期望:T=(最悲观+4*最可能+最乐观)/6=(128+4*100+90)/6=103

2、算标准差:σ=(最悲观-最乐观)/6=(128-90)/6=6.33

3、算题目要求的活动概率范围:(目标值-T)/σ=(109.33-103)/6.33=+1σ,相当于求从完工期望从-∞到1σ,所覆盖的概率。从-∞到0σ(也就是从0到103天)的完工概率为50%,从0到1σ(也就是103到109.33天)完工的概率为34.13%

4、所以完成概率为 50%+34.13%=84.13%
补充一下,您需要记住±1σ、±2σ、±3σ范围对应的概率值:68.26%,95.44%,99.72% 所以如果只求其中某个范围的一半,就要除以2了,分别是:34.13%,47.72%,49.86%
pmp考试试题是怎样的?
PMP考试的话是200道单项选择题,中英文对照。 考试时间4个小时。9:00-13:00。 其中25道题目不计分,计分题答对106道就可以通过考试。 不计分的题是按照正确率最高和最低的来选择的。        包含5大过程组和9大知识领域的相关知识。       一般情况能做对130道左右就能通过考试
